family in morning. >> ahjee harrod was 16. her family said she went too far down the wrong path and she never found her way. >> at 16 we make mistakes. we flirt with the wrong pathing, but on sunday night at 1016-year-old ahjee harrod found herself too far down that road before turning around and coming home. >> she comes from a loving family. her mother prayed, cried did everything. sometimes little girls get lost out here in the world. prayerfully they come back home. she didn't make this back home. >> harrod's cousin said the teen left her home on east federal street in march. harrod's mother filed a missing person's report but she wasn't missing staying with family. they were losing her.

harrod was arrestedded multiple times and was starting to develop a juvenile record. deep are down that wrong road she went, ignoring the pleas from those who loved her the most. >> we tried to protect her from that. like this is a big, mean crowl world, but, unfortunately, she's gone. >> reporter: police only know how, a gunshot wound to the head. her body found laying in the middle of fair lane avenue next to her purse and phone, ruling out robbery but opening up a whole host of other questions for detectives. >> we want the facts to unfold for themselves. so like i said, robbery, definitely we believe is not a motive but we just don't know. >> neither does her family who mourns the loss of a life not realized. >> this was somebody's sister, somebody's daughter, somebody's

niece, somebody's cousin. she was loved. just imagine that power if she would have made it. >> reporter: in east baltimore, brian kuebler, abc2 news. >> police have very little evidence to go mon in this case f you know anything about what happened to her call 410-396-2100. a local cemetery is having big problems with thefts. roosevelt leftwich explains how thieves are stealing urns right off the graves. >> reporter: thieves took several different heavy bronze urns down in brooklyn park. now according to authorities, depending on the size of the urn they weigh anywhere from two to three pounds a and cost anywhere from $600 to $700 but the bronze is only worth $1.69 a pound. the thefts were scattered around the cemetery but police say this

isn't the first time that cedar hill was robbed. >> the same cemetery almost a month eying-- ago. we had almost 30 information tor northwest district. these are people's memories. this is important to people, very meaning full. >> the company spokesperson said they are saddened by these thefts. she said they are asking families to contact them immediately. this -- they're offering to replace them with ones made out of zinc, one with not as much metal as bronze. police are asking anyone with information to call them at their office. roosevelt leftwich -- abc2 news. >> a few patches of drizzle.

baltimore -- awaited them at baltimore's penn station. after about six hours amtrak dusted off some diesel powered trains to restore partial service. >> we can't get home using amtrak, can't get home using the transportation that i've already paid for. >> by early afternoon amtrak had restored service to two of the three northbound lains. work continued above the third. hang matters worse for commuters, 95 near tidings bridge was shut down for most of the day. it happened southbound. the lanes are back open. two of the three lanes are back up and running as well. >> feel bad for those yankees fans. those amtrak delays may have kept them from getting pack to new york but it did not stop jamie costello and christian schaffer. jamie and christian are in new york following the o's as they

as a pastor, my support for question 6 is rooted in my belief that the government should treat everyone equally. i wouldn't want someone denying my rights based upon their religious views, so i shouldn't deny others based upon mine. it's about fairness. i support this law because it doesn't force any church to perform a same sex marriage if it's against their beliefs. and that's what this is about.
